Under the Chamber's guidance, the Annual Fall Golf Classic has earned a reputation as a well run event where golfers never fail to have a good time, even if their game may not be "up to par" that day.  The Event is a 4 person, "scramble" format.  Prizes are awarded to winners for a variety of contests and there are ample additional "perks" for the contestants.

This year's proceeds to benefit Friends of Military Families, Inc. and the South Tampa Chamber Michael J. Cruz Fund for Community Giving.

About the Tournament
Format:  4-Player Scramble (Form Your Own Foursome or be Placed on a Team)
 
Trophies for Low Gross (1st,2nd and 3rd) and "Not My Day"
 
Prizes will be Awarded for Hole in One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive (Men & Women) and Putting Contest
 
Entry Fee Includes
Greens Fees and Cart, Golf Shirt, Catered Lunch by Green Iguana and Hula Bay, Catered Awards Dinner by CDBs Southside, Custom Fitting Golf Glove, Foursome Photo, Goodie Bag, Range Balls, 2 Beverage Tickets and Pre-Tournament Massages provided by Massage Envy

Please complete the form below for all players on your team.  Please note, you must complete all fields for each player on your team.  Be sure to be as accurate as possible as the information requested is essential.

Once you "Submit" the form, you will be taken to the next screen to pay for your registration.  Be sure to select the proper amount for South Tampa Chamber Members and Non-Members for each player.  Please note, you will need to enter your contact information, as well as the names and type for each additional attendee in the payment section.  Should you have any problems with the online registration, please contact Debra Palmer via email or (813) 635-0706 during normal business hours.
