It is time for the 3rd Annual Robinson High School Career Fair (our version of the Great American Teach In)! The Career Fair is an event where students can talk one-on-one with volunteers who represent a variety of careers and vocations. Volunteers will talk to students about their areas of expertise, the education and training they received to enter this career, a typical day at their job, and advice they would give anyone who might be interested in this career. Students attend with their teachers and are encouraged to rotate through the gym which is set up as a trade show venue. The students appreciate this event and our community volunteers appreciate the conversations with Robinson students.
We hope that you can participate in the RHS 2017 Career Fair, whether for a couple of hours or for the entire time. We will provide a table for each company and electricity if needed (please indicate when asked during the signup process). Feel free to bring handouts, visual displays (signs or banners) or other props that would improve the students' experience of understanding their job/career.
Robinson High School appreciates your participation in this event! We will provide coffee, light breakfast and lunch for all company employees who attend.
