Join us for our compelling breakfast panel discussion to explore the massive changes afoot in retail as consumers adapt to an omni-channel world. We will discuss the impact of those trends on the future of Tampa Bay commercial real estate.
How your buying habits are reshaping Tampa Bay real estate?
Consumers are increasingly choosing online shopping over going to brick and mortar stores. As a result, were seeing a warehouse boom in the I-4 corridor and storefronts shuttering even in some of the regions top tier malls.
The TBBJ will bring together retail and industrial real estate experts to discuss the
impact. Panelists will include retail and industrial brokers and urban retail specialists.
