    Reports to the Florida Association for Child Care Management (FACCM) Executive Director
    Exempt Position (salary)
    May be located anywhere within the state of Florida.  Manager will work out of their home when not traveling.
    Travel in and out of Florida will be required.
    Reporting to the Executive Director, the APPLE Business Manager plays a central role in planning, directing, coordinating and implementing the marketing and growth of the APPLE business for FACCM.  This is a position of high trust and responsibility. The incumbent will use strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure the highest level of business growth, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage all business growth functions relating for APPLE.

    • Develop and implement APPLE growth strategy in and outside Florida.

    • Develop and implement APPLE marketing strategy.

    • Develop and implement APPLE partnership opportunities with other organizations.

    • Develop and update an efficient system for conducting, gathering, and analyzing APPLE customer satisfaction surveys

    • Perform research functions as needed. Prepare and report on required monthly, quarterly and annual reports in addition to requested reports and correspondences.

    • Work in conjunction with Executive Director and other FACCM team members to ensure branding, marketing, and sale of FACCM, APPLE, CORE, and SEEDS products and services complement each other.

    • Actively participate in all APPLE program required functions, calls, and meetings to stay current with all trends related to the business.

    • In conjunction with the APPLE Program Director, develop and implement a strategy for effective quality APPLE customer service improvement plans.

    • In collaboration with the Executive Director, prepare and update reports and presentations to the FACCM Board of Directors, committees, grantors, current and potential members.

    • In conjunction with the Executive Director and APPLE Program Director, promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.

    • Actively participate in cross functional training to ensure ongoing operational success of the APPLE business.

    • Minimum of five years in the Early Learning field in Florida.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with a special emphasis on public speaking and creating and implementing adult training.

    • Effective decision-making abilities; Demonstrate strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills managing complex, multifaceted programs resulting in measurable successes and program growth.

    • Ability to create and implement marketing strategies and oversee implementation.

    • Prepare and submit regular updates to the Executive Director.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, early learning, business sales, or related field preferred.

    • Must be self-motivated and able to manage their time to maximize performance outcomes.

    • Must be able to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to use database applications.
