  • 2019 South Tampa Chamber Awards

    TAMPA, FL  - The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce hosted our 93rd Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner at The Orlo on January 31, 2019 to announce our 2019 Award Winners and install the new Board of Directors. The event was sponsored by Webb Insurance Group.
    Outgoing 2018 Chairman, Ed Siler, gave a recap of the Chamber’s success including the chamber adding 150 new members, producing nearly 100 events, recognition as a Three-Star Chamber of Valor, and the Chamber’s increased advocacy efforts.
    Chairwoman, Connie Gage, said “2019 will be the year of the member. Our members are the foundation of our organization and we want to make sure that every member is seen, heard and knows they are valued. The board of directors looks forward to working with our staff and the Ambassador committee to implement new member retention programs, outreach efforts and member appreciation opportunities.”
