Michael J. Cruz Fund Committee

The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce Michael J. Cruz Fund for community support was established in the memory of our late Executive Director, Michael J. Cruz.  In Michael’s honor, the Chamber may make donations to South Tampa based non-profit organizations primarily focused on cancer or education.

This year, 2012, at February’s monthly chamber luncheon, the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce donated a total of $3,500 to three South Tampa non-profits organizations: Hillsborough Education Teaching Tools, Dress for Success Tampa Bay and The Hillsborough County Public Schools Neglected, Delinquent & At-Risk Youth program.
