Equality of Opportunity In Action: Bridging the Racial Gap for COVID-19 Treatments and Vaccines

Thanks to our partnership with the US Chamber of Commerce, we are proud to offer participation in these events to members of the South Tampa Chamber.

Recently, the Chamber’s Equality of Opportunity Initiative and the Discover & Deliver campaign hosted a conversation about the importance of promoting racial diversity in clinical trials. Quita Highsmith, Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Genentech, and Nick Kenny, Chief Scientific Officer at Syneos Health, joined a conversation with Rick Wade, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Outreach, to discuss what the business community can do to support the inclusion of diverse communities in clinical research.
