At this event, we will welcome a panel of speakers who will share an update on local development projects including Midtown, Westshore Marina District, and the Austin Center Office Complex.
Moderator: Cesar Hernandez - Founder, Omni Public
Hailing from Brooklyn, New York as a first-generation American of indigenous Mayan immigrants from Guatemala, Cesar R. Hernandez blazed a trail to the University of South Florida where he would build a foundation to become a young leader in the business community.
Cesar has worked the past 10 years as an innovation policy advisor, political consultant, public affairs strategist and government relations professional. Perhaps Cesar?s most widely publicized role to date involves his leadership in working with regional governments advocating for the safe deployment of new technology, concepts and ideas. He was the lead strategist in crafting the first ever public-private partnership between a government agency, a rideshare company (Transdev) and an electric vehicle manufacturer (Tesla) to create one of the nation?s first Hyperlink rideshare and public transit integration projects. Cesar has aligned his clients with companies such as Tesla, Google, Apple, GM, and advises disruptive technology companies such as Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and the micro mobility company Bird. Cesar?s firm currently represents emerging technology companies in Tampa Bay such as Morphogenesis,PikMyKid, Immertec, Tampa Innovation Partners, Synapse, Harvest, and Global Safety Management. He is also one of the founders of the Tampa Bay Mobility Alliance.
A former Student Body President and University Trustee at USF, he studied Biomedical Science, Political Science, and Economics. In 2017, Cesar was named Entrepreneur of the Week by the prestigious Jonathan M. Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship at Brown University for his work with Tesla and HART. He is an avid public speaker and two-time TEDx presenter.

Christina Harden - Operations Manager, The Bromley Companies
Christina Harden is the Operations Manager for the master developer for the Midtown Tampa project the Bromley Companies. She has spent the last 6 years learning the ends and outs of residential and commercial construction working directly for a general contractor and developers. She is responsible for overseeing the construction administration for all of Bromley's projects, property management of the diverse Tampa portfolio while working closing with our marketing team to bring up to date information about the project to the public.
Britney Mroczkowski - VP of Retail Development, BTI Partners
As Vice President of Retail Development of BTI Partners, Britney Mroczkowski oversees on all retail development for BTI Partners including Westshore Marina District in South Tampa.
Prior to joining BTI Partners, Britney worked at Colliers International as a broker specializing in their retail and land division. As a landlord representative, she has represented hundreds of retail projects operating across Florida. During her career she has completed close to $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.
Britney is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is active within the real estate community and served as the 2017 Florida CCIM West Coast Chapter President. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Britney graduated from Florida State University with a dual degree in Real Estate and Marketing.
Andrew Wright - Founder, Franklin Street
A highly driven entrepreneur, Andrew Wright founded Franklin Street, a full-service commercial real estate firm that boasts hundreds of employees and billions of dollars in current transaction value. As CEO and Managing Partner, Mr. Wright develops and defines strategic goals and major initiatives for Franklin Street while overseeing its collaborative dynamic verticals. Mr. Wright has been honored with multiple awards for leadership in business including being voted Real Estate Forum?s Best Boss of the Year, adorning the cover of their national publication. He was also recognized as one of Florida Trend?s Florida 500 most influential executives and the Tampa Bay Business Journal?s 25 People to Watch, as well as receiving 40 Under 40 awards from Florida Trend and the Business Observer.
Mr. Wright established Franklin Street in December 2006 and led the firm through the market downturn beginning in 2008. Prior to Franklin Street, he worked for a national brokerage company specializing in multifamily sales. Mr. Wright used this broad perspective to launch Franklin Street as a multifaceted real estate business. Since its inception, the strategy for the company has been to have a vertically integrated business encompassing the entire life cycle of an asset.
