Protect Your Assets from ME…a Personal Injury Attorney
This presentation reviews various areas of liability, including real estate and vehicle ownership. It discusses ways you can reduce both your exposure to liability and your risk of being sued. And just in case an attorney like me still gets a judgment against you, the presentation shares ways to legally minimize and potentially avoid successful judgment collection [i.e. avoid losing your ASSets].
