Bring Your Dream Wedding to Life at Tie the Knot Ybor
TAMPA, Fla. – Six distinctive venues in Tampa’s historic Ybor City -- Centro Asturiano, Cuban Club, Hotel Haya, Italian Club, J.C. Newman Cigar Co., and Ybor City Museum Garden – are proud to announce Tie the Knot Ybor, an interactive afternoon exploring, tasting and discovering why Cigar City is the ideal backdrop for any wedding. Brides and grooms to-be will meet Tampa’s premier vendors and experience handcrafted cocktails, decadent cuisines, lush floral arrangements, the best in entertainment, photography and more. The inaugural event will take place on Sunday, August 22 from 11am – 4pm.
The historic Latin quarter and former center of cigar manufacturing wears two hats today: a dreamy Panama for daytime lunching, shopping, cigar smoking and coffee sipping, and a black fedora for the high-spirited playground it becomes at night. With Tie the Knot Ybor we’re adding a third: the perfect destination for your wedding.
Attendees will be fully immersed in Ybor City’s culture and charm hopping on and off the classic Tampa trolley to visit participating venues. Each space will feature a variety of vendors that can be used at their locations for the ultimate selection of vendors in Tampa. This is the first time couples can explore venues and receive one-on-one wedding insights on how to make their big day one to remember all in one afternoon. Planning your Ybor City Wedding has never been easier, or more fun.
The topper on the wedding cake? The Tie the Knot Ybor team will be giving away the ultimate honeymoon. To enter, attendees must post one static Instagram photo, tag and follow each venue and use the hashtags #TieTheKnotYbor #MarryMeTampaBay. One lucky winner will be chosen at random.

The Italian Club is a three-story architectural masterpiece, constructed over 100 years ago, laced with elegance and historic beauty. Perfectly located in the heart of Ybor City, this beautifully restored, classically elegant building provides the perfect venue for someone looking for an all-in-one facility. We offer three distinctive rooms, each with a personality, charm, and style of their own.

At its height, there were over 150 manufacturers here earning it the name, “Cigar City, USA.”
Ybor City Museum Garden
