ZOOM Meeting: Start Ugly with Chris Krimitsos
Do you have an idea for a project or even a business but are holding back? Is something preventing you from finally doing and not just saying? You can't wait anymore!
In Start Ugly, Chris Krimitsos uses a parable to encourage you to take action on your ideas and creations so you can release yourself from the chains of perfectionism and then experience the joy and growth that comes with launching. The story is also a powerful reminder to continually innovate so that complacency doesn't allow you to become obsolete in our fast paced world.
Chris will talk through how small businesses can react to the Covid-19 crisis by starting ugly to act now to respond to the impact that the pandemic has had on them.
It is strongly recommended that attendees read his book so as to apply the content and lesson he gives to their situation, based on the ?start ugly? concept. The book is on Amazon in both Kindle ($4.99) and hardcover ($19.95) here: https://amzn.to/2DJIbmo.
Chris Krimitsos is a father, husband, community builder, and ever-evolving innovator. He loves people and their stories and has leveraged his gifts of connecting others to build communities around entrepreneurship, podcasting, and multimedia.
Chris was profoundly affected at 16 years of age when he watched his father lose a restaurant he had bought with sweat equity and eventually put the keys in for the last time, giving it back to the bank. He vowed then that he would make it his mission to help business owners the world over to avoid that terrible fate.
The founder of Podfest Multimedia Expo, a global event that annually attracts two thousand people to a multi-day conference in Orlando, Chris has facilitated more than two thousand events. Podfest followed a successful run that Chris had of almost ten years running a membership organization called Tampa Bay Business Owners.
Along the way, as a filmmaker and producer, he also successfully birthed "The Messengers: A Podcast Documentary," which obtained worldwide distribution and theatrical screenings. This after having hosted and produced two TV shows earlier in his career. Of note was one of those projects being archived in the Library of Congress.
A thought leader and in-demand speaker for on-site and virtual events, Chris Krimitsos shows his influence by now also adding "author" to his already impressive résumé.
