    The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the use of our boardroom as a benefit of your Chamber Membership. The boardroom seats up to 14 guests and includes the use of a Smart TV and WiFi access. Room must be reserved in advance with payment.

    Meeting room rental is available for Chamber members only. Requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Requested dates are on a first come-first serve basis and are dependent on the availability of the room and for a Chamber staff member to be present. Date(s) will not be held until this form is completed in full and payment is received. If payment is not received within 3 business days of the invoice date, you may forfeit your reservation. The meeting room will be available 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Meeting room must be vacated with-in 30 minutes of your scheduled end time, or you will be invoiced for an additional hour at the published rates. A clean up fee may be assessed if materials are left in the meeting room.

    Will you be bringing in food and/or beverages? *
    Food and beverage may be brought in, but must be pre-approved by the Chamber Staff. Please note a clean-up fee of $25 will be assessed if food or materials are left in the meeting room following the group’s departure and will be charged to your member account. The Chamber does NOT provide plates, cups, napkins, silverware or utensils.
    A/V Needs
    Member must provide own laptop for presentations. Laptop MUST have a HDMI port to connect to the TV.

    As a benefit of membership, you may post your event to our community calendar on www.SouthTampaChamber.org at no charge. Email marketing@southtampachamber.org for information on how to upload your events. | Paid advertising is also available in our E-newsletter distributed each Monday morning to Chamber members, local businesses, government officials, media outlets and those who want to be “in the know” about South Tampa and our community.
